Removal of improperly parked vehicles

General information

On the basis of the Decree on Municipal Roads in the Municipality of Ljubljana - with amendments and additions, the Public Company for Ljubljana's Parking Facilities and Marketplaces (hereinafter JP LPT, d.o.o.) performs the removal of improperly parked vehicles. JP LPT d.o.o. moves improperly parked vehicles to a location on Cesta dve cesarjev, where there is also a cash desk for settling the costs of removal and storage of said vehicles.

Costs

The costs for removing and storing improperly parked vehicles are set in the Decree on Municipal Roads in the Municipality of Ljubljana - with amendments and additions

The cost for removing an improperly parked vehicle is EUR 100. Storage of an improperly parked vehicle is EUR 5 per day. The stated service prices include VAT at the rate of 22%.

The cost for the removal of a truck, bus, or other vehicle that cannot be removed with an intervention vehicle (i.e. a tow-away truck) is charged according to the actual costs, as assessed by the external service provider for the removal of a truck, bus, or other vehicle.

Operating hours

The operating hours for picking up an improperly parked vehicle from the storage location are from Monday to Friday between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. During operating hours, there is a cash desk for settling the costs of removal and storage of said vehicles. At night, payment can only be made via bank card, not cash.
